Anyone with a brain knows that Kerry was not slighting soldiers. His comments were meant for Bush, who's lack of understanding of the middle east has led to the current fiasco in Iraq. You really should stop spinning your misinterpretation.

I don't care what Kerry intended. Regardless of how you interpret it - 1. Dumbyass is a moron 2. Only the poor and those who can't afford an education (thanks to recent steep hikes in tuition fees, their numbers are getting higher) get shipped to Iraq Kerry is right on either count.

As for your "Mission Accomplished" rant, that phrase clearly applied to knocking Saddam Hussein out of power... OK. If that was so, how come 140-160K troops continued to stay there? How did Dumbyass manage to turn it into "Quagmire Accomplished"?!

What do you mean by "You people gave Dan Quayle...." There was no "you people" during Sr. Bush time. There was no idiots like Rush Limbaugh, crooks like Dick Cheney and pigs like Karl Rove in those days. It was one big happy family; no liberals and non-liberals. When somebody gaffed, we all laughed and moved on. We did not politicize it. These days, with a moron like Bush as President, a person unable to read our daily newspapers and make sense out of it, cannot even chew a pretzel, what do you expect. The moron President that he is shows when left to himself, the caliber of people he chooses like the Supreme Court nominee he once did. A President who places a premium on loyalty similar to the code of ethics of street gang members do. Free independent thought is never encouraged in the Bush WH. Just ask Paul O'Neill, Dick Clarke etc. So quit saying you people.
