Co reits FY06 guidance of EPS of $0.54-0.58 vs. $0.57 consensus; revs of $420-430 mln vs. $429.50 mln consensus. 17:34 AQNT aQuantive: Earnings Conference Call Summary (28.70 +1.80) -Update- On their earnings call, AQNT notes international business represented 22% of revs, up from 20% a year ago. Co believes it is expanding its global footprint. Co said the market for interactive marketing service and technology is robust. Co says with the investments made in technology, recruiting and training, sales and international expansion, they anticipate continued strong growth in Q4 and Y07. Co notes that hiring and retaining quality employees has been tough. Co is focusing on retaining and gaining this talent and is geared toward training and developing employees and their talents for career advancement within the co. Co also increased their recruiting process. For Y07, co says they expect a 20-30% increase in revs due to investment in technology and international expansion strategy. Co states they believe they are in position well to take advantage of growth prospects in the U.S. and internationally. Co also states that within Q3, Avenue A/Razorfish acquired two interactive agencies in international markets, Amnesia in Australia and Neue Digitale in Germany, followed by the Q4 acquisition of e-Crusade in Hong Kong and Shanghai... In Q&A, co stated that they are not in the midst of any acquisitions that have not been announced. In the Digital Marketing Technology segment, co noted it is a competitive space but there are not any significant changes. Co sees Value Click as a direct competitor. As of now, co says their web video differentiates them, but believes Value Click is on there way with that as well. Co says segment has been consolidated, but market is growing rapidly. Co says their integrated offerings contributes to their strength. Co says they will not see a significant change in Digital Marketing Technologies segment this year, but says there may be changes in the segment next year.
