Good Lord! I hope you're not calling your son "Opey". Giving a son a nick name is the worst offense you could commit against him aside from physical harm. I'm named after my father and grand father, so I was given a nick name at a very young age. It took me 60 years to finally get my mom and brother to stop using it. My high school friends still use it, but I don't see them all that often. NO NICK NAMES! Got it?
