I would guess I have about 100 records. All sealed in a box in my basement I can hardly lift. I have no idea what I'll do with them. I don't kid myself into believing I'll ever get around to putting them on CDs.

About 3 weeks ago, I dug out an old 8 track that I recorded some 20 years ago. "Soft Lights and Sweet Music". All instrumental and some of the best music I have. Just as the title implies, this is the stuff to listen to with a glass of wine and someone special.... sigh.

Even with the CLICK-CLACK when the track changes, this was an enjoyable couple hours.

There was once a restaurant in Portland Oregon that had LPs as a featured theme. I wonder if I could sell my there?

I have no great love for the old technology, so I'd like to have all my music transferred to CDs or (shudder) electronic form. All I lack now is the interface and software to make the transfer, and the time and determination.

Most of mine are from the 60s and 70s.

They weigh a ton and are bulky.
