may be not .. I know Albertans probably are miffed.. Personally I think it is the right thing to do and good to see that they had the nerve to actually do it.. For canadians, they threw in income splitting in pension account so it is not all negative.. And chances are they will reduce the capital gains some more in next budget.. So for canadian investors this will gradually work out but no question foreign investors are probably quite pissed.. and since there is a 4 year adjustment period, it will probably work out.. But who knows, they are minority govt. so there will be politics along the way before this is all over..
