Like is the NYC store profitable? Commercial rent in that area / square foot is about the same as an entire apartment in other areas :-) (in other words mind boggling)
Of course that locale is exposure more than anything else .<<

Apple got a tremendous deal on the NYC space, because it was mostly underground and unused. This is according to a number of stories that were written about that store before it opened.

I'd wager it's a highly profitable location.
