How many Repubs in Pennsylvania will turn out to vote knowing that every single race but one on the western border is a lost cause? Ditto New York and several other states. Ohio may suffer from extremely low GOP turn-out as well. Strickland is beating Blackwell by about 25% and the entire Ohio GOP is mired in corruption scandals. Under Bush 300,000 manufacturing jobs have left the region for the 3rd world, with Bushie approval. That is part of it too.
