The question is irrelevant. Yes there are connections between the government of Iraq and the government of Iran, and no that doesn't mean the government of Iraq is not (currently at least) our ally. Its as if you had asked, in response to an assertion that Iraq's government is our ally) "Isn't there a lot of chaos and violence in Iraq right now?". Sure there is, and sure its bad, but it isn't relevant to the question. What's next are you going to use the Chewbacca defense?
