Actually, it's resubmission in summer of 2008, not next summer, for IR capsules. A year later for either MR or IR for sleep maintenance (?)

Wait--Pfizer had a significant role in this mess--how do they get out of taking the blame for this? Like NBIX shoved the indiplon NDA down Pfizer's throat?

Not that NBIX is looking particularly praiseworthy as they dance around now....
