Excuse me-lol, China is no excuse, it is as real as a heart attack. Just ask anyone who has been there lately. large cranes everywhere. Look at their GDP 10%+ year, year after year and now they plan to build 200, million people cities from scratch. And India is doing pretty much the same thing, but they have not received the same attention. Russia flush with oil money, middle east one trillion in construction and 20% of all the large cranes in the world, Brazil and on and on. And the price of zinc is confimring the low supplies in the LME are real.
