Also, I don't see any reports or filings on pinksheets at all. If they were there, then we could pull from them. Do they perhaps post their capital structure on their website? We have never used this before, but your pps looks very good, and the capital structure you have seems on target (even though it did not seem to matter for CSHD!). GB-ND c
