engineer. I agree that POS6 is not the leading edge of technology now. But I think that they would like to be. Since they have trouble keeping up with the evolution themselves, the best way to move themselves closer to the leading edge is to slow QCOM down using some political/economic starvation method. Alternately, you can assume that they are realizing that they can neither slow down QCOM nor speed up themselves and are simply desparate. That they are attempting to delay their falling farther behind by using all possible means so slow and derail QCOM.
