But there was nothing remotely like the self righteous furor that the right has made out of this tiny issue. Allen, All of this furor could have been avoided if Kerry had just taken the Get Out of Jail Free card offered by Tony Snow, or just plain shut up in the first place. I mean, even Hillary Clinton knows that and she's way more dangerous than Kerry ever thought of being. These tactics were INVENTED by the left, so it's not surprising that they object to having the tables turned on them. Their desperation is quite amusing.
