I find this amusing:

The headline to the article referenced in the above link states: ""'Megachurch' leader with White House ties quits, admits indiscretions"

However, if you read the article, there are no such admissions. At best, the author is inferring an admission by the failure of the released statement to deny it, despite the fact that the guy had previously issued denials....lol

How come it's so easy to find admissions that weren't actually expressed and so hard to admit that John Kerry made an insulting statement that should be retracted. Instead, in the latter instance, his supporters went through linguistic gyrations worthy of an Olympic gymnast or side show contortionist to *prove* that it was only a *botched* joke.

If that minister is, in fact, guilty of the allegations, I assume he won't resume his post.

My point here is not to defend the minister. Whatever happens to him is his own problem, just like Foley.

I just love the irony.
