Great prices on some oil patch real estate in places like Houston or Dallas. Get a cheap fixed rate mortgage, buy at $50 psf and keep em rented.. Every possible protection unless depression end of the world 1930's is in our future..

there is nothing that's a perfect inflation hedge.

The best hedge at that time was the foreign currency, like pound, $ US etc.
