Hooray...love my words.

I got artistic which is appropriate for my kitchen and bath design class. We have to design a complete kitchen with an island, desk, with a chair, all the appliances, wine cooler, trash bin...all the cupboards..etc

She gave us the dimensions..period..can you say tearing through magazines? It's a good thing I subscribe to about a million magazines.

All this for someone who can't draw a straight line even with a ruler.

*generosity very fitting for today. I just made a donation. A lady at work need some help mailing used golf clubs and balls to her son and other soldiers in Iraq. I guess the sand wedges will get a lot of use.

Thanks Sarkie....I'll try hard the rest of the weekend to keep these in mind, but so far ....well, it's a good thing I looked to see what these were. Have been so busy runing the roads here ...up about 50+ miles to pick up Grandkids, back in rush hour, one fun stop on the way home with them...(my 13 y/o grandson was sure there would be NOTHING at all of interest in an Art (and other stuff store)....heheheh I told him 'ye of little faith' as I had to drag both of them out...my 11 y/o granddaughter I knew would love just about everything, toys, games, unique Christmas ornaments and decorations, tons of art stuff, glitter clay, stamps and other stuff for stamping, etc etc etc...) then to the grocery and fill up gas. Then dinner for 4, clean up, couple loads of laundry, and in 40 minutes or so am off to the airport 30 miles in the opposite direction from earlier today, pick up son and wife, (I hope, his plane is already late) then home, and up at 5:45 AM, pick another gal up, and drive to Tacoma to a State meeting, luncheon, then back by for to be with everyone...till Sun, when the whole thing as today goes in reverse. ) Gotta admit...am tired right now, and not done yet today.

I see I'd better start practicing these words.....<ggg>

Really nice words for everyone....especially with the Election coming...!

KEN ADAMS - *comfort *rejoice *respect

Very appropriate for this weekend. Company on their way home, back to peace and comfort of having my house back to my selfish self and lots of respect for good family/friends.

Ahhhhhhh, Sarkie....Now the weekend is winding down, all the driving back and forth has been done, and some downtime, before catching up on things....Wanted you to know how perfect these words really were this weekend! Gotta admit, feels like I've lived and done things that normally would take about 10 days to do in just the last 3 days.... but some good memories are stacked in there too....! Hope your's was great as well!

My words from Friday:

ALAN SMITHEE - *family *gratitude *celebrate

Highly appropriate, as I spent Friday and the rest of the weekend with my daughter at Dad' Weekend at her college.

Took in Bill Cosby on Sat. night, where his theme was along the lines of "family, gratitude, celetrate..."

He's a great speaker and surely has his finger on the pulse of what's important in life.
