Great stocking stuffer if you hate someone.

Who wants an mp3 player with no FM tuner, and no screen whatsoever?

BTW- for that same price you can get a samsung YEPP 1 gig that is almost exactly the same size, except it has a 3 line LCD and an FM tuner

Wow from the pictures you shared, I thought," Hmm would be a good stocking stuffer" (size and all) and then I looked at the Apple site and thats what they suggested, and they had this link:

pcmag.com

But still a stocking stuffer?

When I was a kid, I hung up my stocking and all I got was some gum balls or a milky way. Ten cents worth of stuff.

Or a nice big lump of coal.

(No smart remarks here - some of the other kids got a lump of used coal. Ha!)

My next thought was, wow, don't forget it in your pocket or you'll have to buy another one once it goes through the wash.

Oh wait - maybe that's the idea?

In any event, the end of this year looks to be very interesting...

"Response to it has been tremendous," Phil Schiller said in a telephone interview, referring to the Shuffle, which began shipping at the end of October, which was "exactly when we expected."

"The early response and reviews have been phenomenal," Schiller said.
