I have to have a solution to criticize what's been done to create this mess? I don't accept that condition.

But here's a shot:

Using the military to try to get this particular job done is probably the wrong approach. I'd say that trying to get a U.N. or other multilateral peacekeeping force in place and getting ourselves the hell out of there would be one idea, as a start If we could ever convince the U.N. to help us. Stop trying to control the whole rebuilding process and let other countries make a little money helping out, so that they might be motivated to lend a hand.

Maybe that's not the best idea, but I'm not the President, nor am I running for President. The President should have a plan. I'd love to know what plan this one has. He keeps saying he has one, but I haven't heard it yet.
