Thanks! Lets say that SUNW becomes a service company. From what I understand it is a very low margin business in it's current format (i.e., IBM). Very much unlike Oracles service/support business which has very high margins.

Are you say that SUNW will be able to provide service because of their superior products remotely without the cost of human capital like IBM. If so, I agree with you that this can become a very lucrative business and is different from DEll, IBM and HPQ. I hope this is the case.

Also, I believe they can be the leader in the utility model provider because their superior software. I am not able to predict when this new paradigm will take hold. When it does SUNW will lead.
