Please identify what positions AS pushes which differentiate him from other Democrats. It's basically his persistance which makes him difference.

His "I know Kerry and he is the only choice" pimping. Persistence is one thing; pimping is beyond.
We held an "if the election was today" vote last year over at Sioux's. AS, or Kerry, or both, lost 8-1.

BTW, have a good w/e.
Thanks. You too. Starting off nice; put mice elf on call instead of going to work cuz I did about nothing last night for 5 hours and I'd rather be bored at home.

I suppose the real answer has to do with *which* Republicans we are talking about. Are you suggesting that we cannot find Reps who meet the above description?

Incidentally, Bush supporters are a lot more likely to be bigots.

That study found that supporters of President Bush and other conservatives had stronger self-admitted and implicit biases against blacks than liberals did...The analysis found that substantial majorities of Americans, liberals and conservatives, found it more difficult to associate black faces with positive concepts than white faces -- evidence of implicit bias. But districts that registered higher levels of bias systematically produced more votes for Bush.
