So how are you now????

I went by to get my Blue Tooth fixed, and they replaced it..I got a new one for free! PLUS there was a girl in there who worked for BLS and she asked me if she could check my phone numbers and see if she could save me money.

I don't know what all she did, but she ended up with everything combined including my cell which wasn't before, plus free long distance too boot, and with everything included, she saved me about $70 a month!!!!!!

I've called BLS at least 10 times and asked them what could be done to lower my bill..Yolanda always said nothing could be done.

Shut up and be happy with the rotten service to which we have become accustom is their motto.
