I actually believed Clinton when he said this, as I knew guys who did the same thing. You'd pass them a joint, and they'd take what looked like a mighty puff, but they were pinching it so they didn't get any smoke, and the ember didn't glow any brighter.

I always thought they were narcs, or pussies. Poseurs, for sure..
