FED will tell the banks: here is some cheaper money. Take it and lend to people and companies you think are creditworth. This time it will be worse than 2002.

Then, there were no companies worth the risk of lending, on the wake of the bubble and the scandals that 9/11 covered by removing it from the front pages. As a result money flown into real estate creating the bubble. This time it should just join the yen and finance the rest of the world.
