Frankly, I don't give a damn about 2008 right now. It's like trying to predict the Superbowl without knowing which teams are in contention. Sheer speculation.

But you can be sure of one thing, McCain's dishonest jibe at Kerry wouldn't have happened unless he was running for president, and perhaps the same with Hillary. Harold Ford though had a different reason, the fact that he's falling behind in a conservative state.

Kerry's a tough guy. He'll bounce back. 95% of the country knows the botched joke attack was pure BS. Also, it didn't work. The GOP has fallen further behind since then.

Bush gaffes badly, says "only way we can win is to leave before the job is done". huffingtonpost.com

So shall we now condemn him for making a stupid gaffe?

Bush's Pal Haggard Booted Out Of Church (guess they didn't believe his BS about just getting a "massage" and throwing away the meth)

cnn.com

Always interesting to get a true glimpse behind the curtain of the far right's leadership.

Now who hired male escort Jeff Gannon 202 times at the White House in 2003? As citizens, I think we have a right to know.
