Blackwell restricted provisional ballots.

Blackwell rejected voter registrations that weren’t on the right weight paper. This was a deliberate overt attempt to disenfranchise voters.

Blackwell's decision to prevent voters who requested absentee ballots but did not receive them on a timely basis from being able to receive provisional ballots likely disenfranchised thousands, if not tens of thousands, of voters, particularly seniors. A federal court found Mr. Blackwell's order to be illegal and in violation of HAVA.

There are still 93000 “spoiled” votes that Blackwell refuses to count.

Blackwell is totally loyal to the republican party. He used his position to disenfranchise thousands of voters, and block all attempts at any recount.

Now Blackwell has raised the cost of doing a recount to something like 4 times what it was before. The reason is obvious for this.

I stand by my statement.
