CLinton did much better than Bush did, and he didn't even know Al Qaida was guilty until 1998. Bush let 9-11 happen, let Osama and his gang go at Toira Bora and has totally bungled both the Iraq invasion and the larger global war on terror. Bush-Cheney have failed so badly that evgen a chimpanzee could have done a better job. Or no job at all would have been better. Also, review all of Kerry's speeches about Iraq in 2002-2003. He was 100% right and tried to warn Bush, but Bush refused to listen to anyone, even his own father.
