Not to belabor the point, but even though I trade, I also "invest" and am happy to sit long term in the right issue. TRR was a long term capital gain play for me -- I've been in for a while and have subscribed to PPs on two different occasions.

However, instead of remaining content to hold for the long term (and thereby also defer the taxation), I will now feel obliged to sell out earlier and at a lower price, because IMO the way this financing is arranged puts a ceiling on the bluesky potential. Maybe not forever, but looking down the road a bit, thanks to warrant conversion mechanics we can expect to see the big long churn before this ever breaks 75, which is only a 3 bagger or so from here.

Compare that to the price performance of a whole raft of other juniors out there like TRR who have stumbled onto something, and maybe you can see why I'm PO'd that I am not going to see the potential 10-20-30 bagger I should be looking at considering all the risk I took when I threw money at this when there was nothing to crow about.

Now some people might think I'm an a-hole for whining about seeing a 3 bagger, but as you know it takes the occasional 10-20-30 bagger to justify investing (not trading) in these grass roots plays in the first place, otherwise you will soon run out of money funding the ones that never find anything. This game is about risk taking. Junior miners are a worse bet than the roulette table, and that's why you'd better be getting roulette-sized payoffs when you pick the right one.

I guess also underlying my discontent with this situation is that I thought I was parked in this one for the cycle. Now I'll have to find a substitute grass roots play I can put my trust in, which takes a lot of DD work -- and the later we get in this cycle, the harder, riskier and more expensive that's going to be
