On HK, low skills are not allowed, for even the working girls are of mighty high skill, so i am told

All skilled workers have gone to mainland. HK really doesn't have any manufacturing edge over mainland, other than a financial & entertainment hub. If you have a chance, don't even want to work for the SAR. I can only see more & more low-skilled immigrants from 3rd world countries occupying low income districts. Only a tiny fraction of rich mainlanders would buy their seats to HK stock exchange. How many of them are for real without PRC sponsorships ? The lack of transparency still hinders me from investing directly to the Chinese companies. Even if it is a HK-based company, be aware of ICAC. They are more tough to deal with than SEC in US.
