The rightwing owes Kerry a big apology for lying about what was obviously a botched joke and misrepresenting that as some sort of "attack on the troops". Nothing could be further from the truth and you jerks know it. But the GOP these days doesn't care about truth or facts, only whatever spin sounds good to the RNC basement's dirty tricks think tank. The country ought to be plenty teed off at the righwing now for the way they keep smearing good honest people who are trying to fix the problems we're suffering through now. Kerry's criticism of Bush on Iraq was spot-on. Bush should have done his homework before he rushed in without a plan. So what if Kerry botched the punchline, Bush has botched a war, including the overall war on terror. BTW: Bush also made a terrible gaffe yesterday, he said "The only way to win is to leave before we finish the job". Freudian slip?
