TM, Willie T / whatever, Re: “desire to see an updated chipset roadmap.... ;)”

I bet, but it’s simply too large now for the old format but is discussed often in the Q’s many informative investor friendly presentations (something the competition avoids at all costs)

+ 29 chipsets in production (12, + 4 more by YE or Q1CY07) / development
....18- CDMA2000
....11- 3GSM
........3 HSDPA
........1 HSUPA

+ Platforms-
...9- Value
..11- Multimedia
...5- Enhanced
...3- Convergence

Speaking of updated chip roadmaps, Rob, on your 4G Wireless Board, you posted an article documenting that Sequans will be making WiMAX silicon for SOMA. That begs an interesting question: Why did SOMA become one of the first two publicly disclosed WiMAX licensees of QUALCOMM? Why, Rob, do you think they would have done such an expensive and foolish thing?
