Nuclear energy may be necessary, but what a change of mind the liberals will need. What the liberals keep looking at is that we still have no storage facility for waste. Also look at Hanaford: 100 billion in clean up needed (leaking barrrels) and underground radiation tainted water heading toward the columbia river. We have not shown yet we have a system for disposal and tracking if radioactive materials. I have heard of braclets made in the east out of discarded radiation equipment. Wear it and you just slipped a death sentence on your wrist. Radiation is so insidious. But the news I am now hearing about the dangers of global waaring (like the demise of our species-lol) may outweigh the fears of radiation polluting our earth.
