Cheney just says he'll ignore subpoenas from congress if they happen. This man thinks he is a dictator, unaccountable to the courts (which he's already shown) and congress (who he just said he would snub). Man oh man, he might even have to be arrested. He also said stay the course in Iraq which the majority of Americans totally oppose.

The reasoning in that article I find quite ridiculous. They get the standard deduction so what the heck are they bitching about? They are also acting like mortgage interest and taxes are the only thing that qualify for itemized deduction. Next maybe they will start to bitch about those with high medical expenses because their medical expenses are subsidized by being able to be included in the itemized deduction. There is an inequality in appreciation in different areas but that is nothing new. maybe a little more extreme lately than usual but nothing new.
