Yes, but for the money I invest to live on I don't buy canadian stock. I do trade Canadian Stocks, but I would not ever again invest in any TSE exchange traded stock. Trade them for a few extra bucks sure. But the best companies have been sold for long term "safe" investment. Remember I inherited stock from a member of the MacMillan family, who at one time had a lot of money invested in Canada. Every stock I inherited was taken over, except for Stealco.

For illustrative purposes only... I guess when you are old you should only expect 3% return and one lying government after another...

Maybe it's supposed to suck when you get old and most of us get our turn...
