US is easy to adapt. Difficult is Nigeria to adapt. When you have too much moolah going around, it is easy to change and adapt. When you get nothing, there's no way to adapt or to change.

Last time the US was in trouble Roosevelt concocted the new Deal and came out stronger than before. US is just returning to natural size.
