GW Bush quote: "The terrorists are doing everything they can to destroy America - and so are we"

By your logic, Bush is guilty of treason for joining up with Al Qaida to destroy America. And Cheney's apology for shooting the guy in the face while drinking is not accepted so he should be in prison for attempted murder.

The rightwing is so full of it. You bastards have no issues sop you just make stuff up. Kerry gaffed. Big deal. Who doesn't?

The rightwing is highly corrupt to the core. There is no comparison between the large scale institutional corruption of the GOP rightwing and anyone else. democrats are actually very clean these days. Just an occasional oddball like Jefferson. The ACorn thing is very trivial. Just a few panhandler types swiping extra dollars.

WELL well Lindy Bill, the COWARD who bans free speech, is afraid of the light, hides in his little outhouse in a dark corner of SI. Its been a long time my friend. Remember over a year ago I said your soldiers in Iraq were cowards in pink panties? pity pity that you murderous Americans are losing yet ANOTHER war while alienating the rest of the world in the process and killing innocent insurgents whose only crime is wanting the scummiest people on the planet out of their country.

You really ARE a sad sack if SHIT.

CNN Poll: Democrats up by 20% over Repubs today. However, other polls show undecideds breaking evenly and 20% is probably too much of a good thing. It's probably more like 10%.

Hopefully, we should all agree that the most corrupt rightwing congressmen and senators all need to be removed from office. People like Duncan Hunter, Santorum, all the Delay-Abramoff cronies.

Then we can pressure for the removal of Cheney and Rumsfeld, who have been a real pox on our country with their disasterous war, and who consider themselves above the law.

Cheney said yesterday that he would stonewall subpoenas and refuse to be put under oath. Ths proves he thinks he's a tyrant and is a criminal who has no respect for our Constitution. He is very happy letting our troops die for Halliburton and Exxon profits. He is very proud of himself. He just doesn't believe in democracy or checks and balances.

"You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well. And if you don't, you get stuck in Iraq."

Prove that wrong by getting wealthy College Republicans to sign up for duty in Baghdad, in large numbers!

It is mostly those who cannot afford a college education i.e. poor and middle-class folks, that get shipped to Iraq.

The wealthy Regressives show their "bravery" by applauding and waving American flags (made in China) at Ann Coulter speeches!

Evidence of "The great corrupter" at work:

--------------------------------------------------------
US, Iraq suffer falls in corruption ranking

The US has suffered a "significant worsening" in its perceived levels of corruption following a series of business scandals and increasing worries over political party funding, Transparency International, the anti-corruption watchdog, said on Monday.

In an international ranking of countries released ahead of Tuesday's mid-term congressional elections, the US fell to 20th place from 17th last year.

Its score fell from 7.6 to 7.3, with 10 representing "least corrupt" and 0 "rampant corruption"...

...Iraq dropped 23 places to 160th...
