Ted, > Why should Kerry's career be finished? He did not commit voter fraud like Nguyen.

Kerry will never get past his image of being an arrogant rich brat who looks down upon anyone "lower" than himself. Any chance he had at a 2008 presidential run, however miniscule, was just eliminated with that gaffe of his. Unless he totally reinvents himself, which involves more than just his usual flip-flopping, his political career will remain stuck in neutral.

As for Tan Nguyen, his crime was voter intimidation, not voter fraud. What he said was technically accurate, but to send it only to Hispanic voters who are likely to vote against him is just plain dirty.
