why do you not think ted would be allowed to leave? How does anyone know? That's what happens when the gov't controls who can travel and who can't. No one knows the status quo. That's why the plane Cat Stevens took can be stopped for no apparent reason. That's why people have been bumped from flights because their names match up with those on a list in spite of the fact they have done nothing. In fact, Senator Kennedy was stopped from boarding a plane. This has been going on since 9/11 and will get worse if this new law gets enacted. You need to know what you've spawned instead of doing so much flaming.
