I only see more new condos being built and those skilled immigrants keep coming to check out the new building. Their California dream is still alive well. R&D activities in this region are really driving forces to the housing boom. I don't see any slowdown. Big capex spending for big companies with good earnings this year could come back in hiring more skilled labors. On the other hand, NY metro may see real estate value drop cuz some of the financial activities can be done elsewhere.
