I just looked at the stat line because I only saw a little of the game. It looks like Brady threw some Ints but my take was this

Manning and Brady are the two best retro-backs (guys that play the qb position how it should be played) in the NFL. This pains me to say but I don't think Favre or anyone else I've seen has played at the elevated level these guys have in my life. Montana was close and very clutch but these guys are better IMO.
