"Press at War?" Gees, someone should talk to the people at the Military Times wing of the Army Times. The paper accuses Donald Rumsfeld of losing touch with military leadership and the American public. Is that possible?

The paper call for Mr. Rumsfled to resign for the "failure" of his military strategy.

Maybe its not an issue of "What ever happened to patriotic reporters?"

It's more an issue of don't be an idiot and support the President and his plans for Iraq. The Iraq strategy was flawed from day one, because the president was listening less to what Powell and other military people had to say, and more to what Rumsfeld and defense industry representative, opps, I'm mean vice president Dick Cheney had to say. Did any of these two men have military experience? How many young Americans are dead now, how many permanently disabled? How many dead Iraqis? And for what, to bring freedom to Iraq. Where's the freedom? It looks further away than ever before. Thank you Mr. President, we all fee much safer now.
