I didn't take it as a slam on McNabb...............McNabb is a solid QB but he has his own issues on accuracy, etc. He also has fallen short in money games (See Super Bowl, NFC Championship Games) where his play is subpar. To this day, I believe the Patriots were there for the taking in SB XXXIX. They didn't bring their "A" game but McNabb made some critical mistakes and the Pats made their adjustments to do enough to win.

A lot of McNabb's issues lies on the shoulders of Reid. Reid has never been flexible enough to adjust his offense for his personnel and he has doen McNabb a huge disservice by not investing in blue chip receivers.

In my eyes he has fallen short in money games. The Birds will never win a ring with Reid as the coach.
