re: White House irked after GOP candidate snubs Bush

Rove was not happy. Crist isn't all that bad.

Just got back from the gym where I was watching Larry King....he's on CNN. They interviewed Santorum and Dewine, senators from PA and OH respectively. Amazing stuff....they started out by saying that the momentum has turned in their favor......that the ground game is going to pull things off for them. Suddenly, they started disavowing their ties to Bush, particularly Dewine. There was a bit of desperation in their voices.

Then CNN went to a reporter in VA.......the reporter said that Allen came out with a commercial this afternoon that says he's not sure that Iraq is on the right track and that a change is needed. That things were done poorly. Can you believe it? He's campaigned this whole time on the stand of "stay the course", suddenly right at the end of the campaign he changes his position and admits that Iraq is screwed up. I can't imagine how the VA voters are reacting to this new sleight of hand.

And for you GOPers reading this post......what was that about Kerry being a flip/flopper? Your candidates are bringing new meaning to that term. That includes you too David Ray, you Arkansas bubba rascal!
