Blackwell stole 40,000-350,000 Kerry votes in Ohio 2004. The 40,000 number is the lowest most conservative Republican estimate. But the real theft was probably much greater. Of course since they insisted on paperless voting machines and destroyed the evidence we will never know. How unethical is the fact Blackwell supervises the election system of his own election. Talk about a license to steal. Fortunately he is 25% behind so he won't be able to steal it. But I'm sure he's trying.
