SLJB Reiterates Release Date of Audited Financials as November 15, 2006

WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 08, 2006 -- Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) CEO Petar Vucicevich reiterated today that the anticipated release date of the audited financial report for SLJB was in fact correct, and that the company and its management are still confident in the 11-15-2006 deadline to publish the report on their website, www.suljabros.com.

Vucicevich then again thanked all those interested for their patience during the period in which the report has undergone great internal scrutiny for complete accuracy. "This will clearly define the assets of Sulja Brothers for the fiscal '06 year-end and set the standard of how our efforts will be measured in the future by our shareholders, our partners in business development, and everyone else who has peered into the 'magnifying glass' that this report has seemingly generated," stated Vucicevich.

And the winner is ……Wessal! Petar haven’t you stated that Wessal has been buying shares off the open market? IS this the same Wessal that has supplied 25 million in financing to SLJB? You would think that after the months and months of delays in posting the audited financial’s. That you would be ready to file them with Edgar as soon as they were verified to be correct. As of today it doesn’t seem that you even have a CIK for filing yet. I also believe that you stated that you would file them as soon as they were in your hands. Now more delays. Great move though on your part though. You disillusion the pink sheet investor into thinking that this is another pink sheet scam. This allows Wessal to buy at a much lower pps then if the AF’s had been posted in the timeframes previously PR’ed. Sept.13 “The company financial audit is nearing completion. We anticipate having the audit stamped this week.” Sept.25 Sulja Bros. today announced that there will be a slight delay in posting the audited financials as stated in previous press release in order to conform with proper accounting practices. Oct25 I would like to state again, that we are in possession of the financials at the moment, but we do need to make these changes before we release them. Nov.3 We have collectively agreed that on November 15. —- So being CEO of Consultech the leading shareholder of Sljb stock. Wouldn’t you say that the delays has been a stroke of luck to Wessal, whom SLJB is indebted to? I guess one hand does wash another. Oh I almost forgot. The average stockholder can GFYM as you so eloquently put it. No thank you— but will there be in crumbs left for us common folk after all the Institutional buying is done?
