Yes, every voter in America is thinking about Bush's record when he/she votes. This election is a referendum on Bush and his Presidency.

The number hit at 7 p.m., one hour before polls closed in Pennsylvania, which is considered a key state in the battle for control of the U.S. Congress. Triple 6s have hit a total of 14 times since The Daily Number drawing began in March 1977. The biggest incident was in 1980, when Pittsburgh TV personality Nick Perry rigged the lottery to hit on the number 666.
