lolol BS there are more poor people today. LBJ's BS ruin the inner cities, broke up the black family, ruined the black schools. The head of the Klan couldn't have come up with a better plan to keep blacks stupid and out of the mainstream

Which cut the poverty rate in half.

That's news to me. The breakups of families, out of wedlock births are trends that is hard to beat with any spending program.
