SEPR is pharma not biotech for purposes of how it moves with Congressional moods. PFE has been up modestly the last few days worrying less about legislation. I think this move in SEPR is technical trading action - goes up nicely on earnings, pulls back, resumes going up kind of action along with following bigger pharma trend. Jon PS Expect Xopenex proposed resolution (and maybe SEPR lawsuit seeking injunction if they do not get compromise they want) in next week or so. Must happen by Nov 15 for Jan 1.
