TJ, that is absurd. I have explained to you before, but I'll belabour it again for you since it's as complex to understand as CDMA.

When somebody is invading, that's different from somebody escaping.

If India doesn't want invasion, they are perfectly capable of shooting people who try to invade.

The reason China is shooting children escaping from Tibet is murderous megalomania, not concern for India. China wants to control people. They do NOT want freedom.

India could capture said invaders and put them to work as slaves in fields if they want to. That's perfectly reasonable.

When East German border guards shot people escaping before and after the Berlin Wall was built, they were not worried about overpopulating West Germany. I know that's a difficult concept to understand.

500 million want to come to NZ? I would take about 200,000 a year. The cash flow would be enormous. Imagine, 200,000 at $2 million for each citizenship, that would be $200 bn a year coming in. My share of that would be $50,000 a year. Heck, Kiwis could all retire and live on citizenship sales.

200,000 a year would take 5 years to get to 1 million and 500 years to get to 100 million [Japan's population near enough].

I doubt that there would really be 200,000 a year prepared to buy a tradeable citizenship at $2 million each. But if it's a citizenship of increasing value, I suppose there would be quite a crowd. It would increase in value because people would vote to increase their value rather than wreck it.

<suppose one wants to enter maurice's house without permission. Is the authority that let such one loose responsible for the consequences of the original illegal border crossing? of course yes, >

No they aren't. Our house was broken into and robbed a few years ago. The authorities in NZ did not claim responsibility though they are specifically responsible for protection of citizens. There are swarms of illegal immigrants here. If it was one of their citizens, then I don't think you'd find the supplying country would take responsibility either.

It's surprising that you can't see the difference between invasion and fleeing and who should do the shooting. China should shoot invading Indians and Kiwis [which there don't seem to be many of as not many people are busting to get into China]. China should not shoot people who want to leave. Mexico similarly should not shoot people wanting to leave. The USA should shoot invaders, or maybe enslave them - better value like that. Free workers volunteering for the slave camps.
