Dems strategy should be to expand their base by adopting the GOP language of responsibility and accountability. This way they can satisfy the core that is out for vengeance while presenting a responsible face to their new supporters...they should frame their opposition to GOP in anticorruption frame.

Make no mistake about it, come 2008, this disastrous war and its devastating consequences will still be with us, still demanding a real debate and a real solution.
