Some very interesting numbers out of Japan for November. Docomo actually lost subscribers in the first full month of MNP (-17,500) vs. KDDI's net gain of 480,000 subscribers. Docomo added 929,000 WCDMA subs during the month while Softbank probably had its biggest WCDMA month to date with 484,000 new subs.

Another month or two like this and Docomo will almost certainly have to take some sort of drastic action. I really doubt that their fiscal targets take into account a shrinking mobile subscriber base.
